The short version: play fair, be kind in your player name, and know that Dew and looks are part of the game, not money. The rest of this page says it properly.

Who we are

Sprout Wars is made by Studio31, Croatia (Studio 31, obrt za računalno programiranje, vl. Lukas Bašić, Ulica Vladimira Nazora 22, 10450 Jastrebarsko, OIB: 95074033310). Write to us at [email protected]. By making an account or playing, you agree to these terms and to how we handle data in our privacy notice.

Your account

You must be at least 13. If you're under 16 in the EU, or a minor where you live, ask a parent first, especially before buying anything.
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; what happens on your account is on you.
Your player name is seen by others: nothing offensive, hateful, sexual, or pretending to be someone else. We can change a name that breaks this.

Playing fair

No cheating: no bots or scripts, no exploiting bugs (tell us instead, and thank you), no extra accounts to help your own, no buying or selling accounts, and no attacking or overloading the game. If you break these rules we may take back what you gained, pause your account, or close it. We'll tell you why, and you can write to us if you think we got it wrong.

Dew, items and looks

Dew, items, looks and everything else in the game are a licence to use them in Sprout Wars. They aren't money or property: they have no value outside the game, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be sold or given to another account.
We may change how they work (prices, what items do, how Dew is earned) to keep the game balanced and fun.

Buying in the app

You buy Dew and packs through the App Store or Google Play. Their terms apply to the payment, and the price you see there is what you pay (taxes included where they apply).
What you buy is delivered to your account right away. That's why, when you buy, you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose the 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase that EU law otherwise gives you.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. If a purchase is refunded, we take back the Dew it gave (as far as it hasn't been spent).
If something you paid for doesn't arrive, write to us with the order number from your receipt and we'll sort it out.
Nothing here takes away the rights consumer law gives you.

In the app you can choose to watch ads for rewards. Watching is always optional. Rewards come only for ads watched to the end, and only as many a day as the game says.

The game can change

Sprout Wars is a live game: we add, change and remove things, and the world keeps going while you're away (your land can wilt, or be taken by other players; that's the game). We do our best to keep it running, but it may sometimes be down. If we ever close the game for good, we'll tell you at least 30 days before, and stop selling Dew when we do.

Ending

You can delete your account any time (Settings → Delete account); see deleting your account. Dew and items on a deleted account are gone and can't be brought back or refunded by us.

Responsibility

We provide the game as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, or for losing in-game things through the game working as designed. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can't be limited by law, such as for harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

Croatian law applies, and you keep the protection of the consumer law where you live. If we can't sort something out together, you can go to the courts where you live.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and its date, and tell you in the game before important changes apply.
