Deleting your account

You can delete your Sprout Wars account yourself, any time, in the app or on the website.

In the app or on the website

1. Open Sprout Wars (the app, or sproutwars.com and sign in).
2. Tap the bag in the top right corner, then Settings.
3. Tap Delete account, and confirm.

It happens straight away.

Can't sign in?

Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, with your player name, and we'll delete it for you within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What's deleted, and what stays

• Deleted: your account, email, password, sign-in links (Apple, Google, Play Games), notification tokens, and your game: land, items, Dew, looks, allies and history. Your land goes wild for others to claim.
• Kept without your name: usage events (we can no longer tell they were yours), feedback you sent, and purchase records, which tax law requires us to keep (up to 11 years).
• Backups are overwritten within 14 days.

Dew and items on a deleted account are gone for good. Uninstalling the app doesn't delete your account.
