Something I bought didn't arrive
Purchases are added as soon as Apple or Google confirms them. If it's missing, close and reopen the app while online: anything waiting is added then. Still missing? Write to us with the order number from your App Store or Google Play receipt.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are too: on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a link to choose a new one.
Playing on another phone
Sign in with the same account (email and password, Apple, or Google) and your land is there. To make sure you can, link a sign-in method in Settings → Sign-in & email.
A player's name is offensive, or someone cheats
Write to us with their player name and what happened. We look into every report.
